Maybe because people don't let management know there's a problem via direct sources of communication like face to face or a phone call. You do realize that most businesses don't monitor their Google reviews / questions, right?
,they hired new employees now is everything out of control cause after you sign up for table,and if you ask for one of your favourite waiters they try to send you with any one.why.? Before everuthing was so good now more employees more trouble
My experience with them was very pleasant. My parents go there regularly and they treat them very good.
