It's first come first serve, for a lost license I would recommend just getting it replaced online for $10 (Google Florida DMV and make sure it's the .gov site) as the wait times can be long there.
I paid a violation by phone, but I received a summons to be there tomorrow June 18 at 10 am ... Should I show up even if I have paid the traffic violation ????
