I have a flight scheduled to come in on a Sunday and my return flight is the following Friday. Will I be able to return on my scheduled flight or will I have to quarantine and not be allowed to fly back until 14 days after I arrive?

You won't be required to quarantine in Florida, but it may be advisable to quarantine once you arrive at your final destination due to the recent alarming rates of infection in Florida.
