If I go to Atlanta and connect with the same spirit airline, should I emigrate? Or does the airport allow you to connect without leaving for immigration and do it in Atlanta?

If you enter through Atlanta, you must do immigration, but if you are already in the USA and leave the country to return to your country of origin, you should not go through the migration exit process
