First locate the terminal and get the flight number to check the arrival time. Then you have 2 options. 1st- You can park near the designated airline terminal and walk in to pick up the person. 2nd - you can pick up at the depart level (upper level) or arrival level (lower level). Ask the person to provide the door number to help you with the location. The person will need to have access to a phone for second option.
