They are open year round and recommend you reserve in advance. They charge 30$ a night from April 1st to October 31st, ID is required.

It gets pretty crowded pretty quick so it's best to reserve s spot now.
I would recommend just calling the Park's office. They take care of reservations on the shelters and can provide all the info you need.
