I was at the store recently and was concerned that a staff member may have tried to steal my identity with my drivers license. I have placed several calls to UPS corporate and to the store and to try to track down the store manager and the general manager it has been several days and nobody is calling me back. I want to look at the video from the day and time that I was there to see what exactly happened. I’m very worried about my identity being stolen and no one fro ups is responding. Terrible. I was told to call the Miramar store to see if the store manager would be there. I explained the whole situation to someone named Mariella. That was two days ago she said she would communicate it to the general manager. I still have not heard back from anyone

What is this place? Over priced. Lady has no clue about anything. Then as a defense accuses me of an attitude. Takes calls and helps other customers while I'm inquiring about cost of shipping packages. Taking me business elsewhere. Nobody needs this place.
