Went for the Valentine's special. It was until 4:00PM. Walked in the door at 3:58 on our phones. Asked if we could get the special and the employee said no. We waited a few minutes for the employee. Disappointed. Watch your times here!

They can't possibly cook the meal in 2 minutes, this is a fantastic place with fantastic employees, make it a little earlier next time!!

That is not typical from Twisted Lobster. They always honor their specials unless they run out. I can see it from both sides, but it wont stop me from going back

Well then put 3:45 as the cut off time. Most restaurants go until the time. They were not busy. There was no waiting. I do not expect this from any restaurant. 3:58 is not 4:00. Using my brain tells me the ad said 4:00. We went to another restaurant that had a special and asked them how they would handle it. Found a great new place that is not 45 minutes away.
