I go there at least once a week for lunch. Yes, it never seems crowded. I did ask the question of our waitress. She said they have a good take out trade at lunch time. I did go recently for Sunday brunch and it was very busy. So, I guess it is when you go. The food is good and the wait staff and owner are very pleasant.
They dont rush your food, it takes time to make good food
