My husband is allergic to shrimp. Do you cook your fish in the same oil as the shrimp?

Pete's has 3-fryers. Our first fryer is strictly for chips (french fries). Our middle fryer is for fish. Our shrimp only gets cooked in our third fryer.

I called and they said they do use the same oil.
