What time do the park open? The site says 7am but the sign at the park is showing 10am. Im confused.

If you rent a pavilion or the boats or fishing it is 10am but if you are walking or biking or using the playground it is 7am

For fishing it's not a good park they do not let you fish on the boat. And on the website it states that it opens at 7 really it opens at 10 and the boat rides open at 12

Jogging or walking.. etc...7AM...for other activities as renting a pavilion, boating...It is 10 AM
