We waited 10 minutes on a Monday afternoon. Whatever your wait time is it will be well worth it!
The wait time is dependent on a lot of factors.... weekend food/beverage specials, weather, local sporting events (USA and EU).... Saturday is VERY unpredictable, you may have 30 to 45 minutes wait time....
They are pretty Frank about wait times when you call, but they don't do call ahead seating. If you plan on arriving at 7 call them at 6 to see how busy they are.
