Yes they do that occasionally do that, thats why you check the food before leaving the drive thru! Also make sure you ask for the condiments, yes its they're job and are suppose to do that for you but when busy they have to move faster they forget, it's a fast food business. Most people know if you want to get things done right we have to do it ourselves. Lol. When you order inside we still have to ask for items or condiments. So just make sure to check you order. Even when crowded take your time to see if your order is done right so what if people are in a hurry you just want to get it right,it's fast food ; they call it that for a reason! Therefore as a customer we have to make it right! # Local guide.

I ask in the drive thru and ask at the window. Their job is to move people quickly so they really want to accommodate you and get you to move so they can serve the next person
