Download the permit application on line you will need 5 sets of you survey and mark on it the driveway layout, 2 set are for building dept and 3 for engineering dept you can Download engineering permit package online too
Your gonna need a Permit Application, Contract from contractor, Plans and Notice of commencement if Job value is over $2,000.. They are short staff and very slow.
