The staff at the Lauderhill location are super customer friendly and listen to your issue and do their best to resolve the issue. They call before and during your rental period to check on you and to find out if there is anything they can do.

I wanted to give negative 0 stars, but 0 wasn't an option. I made/had a reservation for 2pm on a Sunday. Over the weekend, I had an EMERGENCY and was in dire need of a car. I received a call around 10:30am that Sunday, informing me they may not have any cars available. I was reassured I would be contacted informing me of the status of my reservation. Time was ticking and NO PHONE CALL. I contacted the office twice, inquiring about my status. I was told, "We're still waiting..." 3pm came and went, NO CONTACT/CALL, I HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION. The office CLOSED at 3pm. I AM LEFT IN A MORE DESPERATE SITUATION THAN BEFORE. I had enough time to contact another Car Rental Company, but Enterprise assured me I was on a "contact list." What a way to conduct business😳

—- ooo 4917 university Dr is the WORST ENTERPRISE LOCATION Joseph aka Bryan Manager IN Training AND the manager GYALE AKA KENNY BOTH WERE NOT VERY HELPFUL no customer service.. BASED ON THESES REVIEWS THESE GUYS ARE NEW TO THE LOCATION all 1 star ⭐️.. SHAME SHAME GYALE SAID HE REALLY N ENTERPRISE HE CAN DO AND RENT TO WHOEVER HE CHOOSES.. wow if this is how we treat 15 years plus customers.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
