From start to finish, the experience with American Automotive of Sunrise was great! Kim, who answered the phone was always super sweet and very knowledgeable on what was happening to my car. She was assertive and made sure all of my questions were answered. My jeep was towed in and they quickly diagnosed it. The starter was not receiving enough power to start the car and it was ready in less than a couple hours, that was after they managed to fit in an oil change on such short notice. I am so pleased with the entire staff, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a reliable and honest mechanic and overall business! A+++
