Don't know if there's an official policy but we used it all of last year while living in Coral Springs. It's open parking with no gate or entry check

Only Broward County charges for residents to use the parks. Palm Beach County invites its residents to use the parks free of charge. Very nice seeing as tax payer money paid for them
