They are not going to open the park until the fences are fixed. It may be a few weeks!
There's a bent part in the fence that allows for unethical yet necessary access to the Large Dogs half. For now, thats what Ive seen most of us doing. If you follow this, dont forget to lift the part of the fence back up somehow, out of courtesy. Good luck
