These have to be paid reviews because there is no way that this service has anywhere to prefect stars. Either they pay to get reviews on Google removed but, if so, I'm going to repost again. The only reason they don't get 1 Star is because the booking online convince they have. They rescheduled me during text which is fine. I have a small studio apartment that shouldn't take a long time to clean and organize. I had paid extra for laundry. The cleaning lady spent 5 hours doing what? Figuring out the on button to my laundry, not only did she mess up my white dress by throwing a red shirt in there she didn't have the decency to finish the 2 loads and just left the wet clothes and the other load in the dryer. But, that's not all, somehow this maid left my house even more messier than before, everything was scattered things like my contact solution and ceramic hand soap left in the tub, the few items that were already in the dishwasher she ran but, didn't put back. It was clear there's some areas she didn't even bother to clean. So what did she do for 5 hours you say, fiddle with my washer machine. Mind you, I get it, I don't blame the cleaning lady as much as I do the service in charge, because when I told them that my house was a mess and that I wanted to cancel the upcoming bookings, they offer a new cleaning lady next time. No, there's no next time instead of how can we make it right, which in this case other services have brought in someone to fix the last person to fix the mistake to find someone consistent for future services. If they would have fixed it I would have not canceled and maybe tried the next service with the new person. But instead the person in charge has the audacity to say well there was clothes on the floor so she couldn't finish cleaning. Yes there was clothes in a pile outside the basket so she knew which to wash and defend mediocre work instead of sending someone to correct the mistake, is terrible. No, if this is the quality you offer and you don't try to fix it after I paid for services then why trust you again on the next cleaning I have to pay for. The rudeness of the person stating I wasn't home, that's part of your slogan. Do not recommend.
