No it's not. Despite the sign on the door or the hours posted online, they are NOT open on Sunday. I’m here at the moment during business hours (2:00 pm) and they are in fact totally closed. The lights are off and the gate is closed. I hollered hello and called from inside, and no one answered. You can drop off postage paid packages in the receptacles but there is no one here to assist.
