best traditional Vietnam pho in LA Kt

Admittedly, I didn’t get the pho so maybe that’s on me. I ordered spring rolls and vermicelli with grilled pork and shrimp to go. Service was pretty good. But the food? Sorry to say but definitely one of the worse I’ve had 😭. Both the spring rolls and the vermicelli bowl were bland. There’s was no flavor! And instead of having herbs (like cilantro or mint or perilla) with them or pickled carrots, or anything all I got was shredded iceberg lettuce. Not even the good kind of lettuce! 😩 And for the bun, the pork was both oily and bland so I drowned it in the sauce basically just to be able to eat it. 😩😭

It is a restaurant restaurant. I usually order with shrimp, but the shrimp are very fresh. Above all, it is the best when you eat a lot of coriander in the soup in this place in chilly weather. Recognition of restaurants even if we go again
