I want to brag about Beach Village Apartments' maintenance department. Jon, the gentleman that is in charge of maintaining the entire community is amazing. He is hard working, friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and takes care of our maintenance requests with quickness. We really appreciate his quality work, his solutions to our maintenance issues, and the fact that even when they are shorthanded, he somehow manages to take care of all of the residents here as well as the entire community premises. We are blessed to have him here. Thank you Jon.

They're suppose to but they increase the rent every year
There's an income cap of $32,000. Rent goes up every month. Range from $970ish to over $1,000. For a 2-3 bedroom. Wait list is super long for a 1 or 2 bedroom. Management has 2 faces.

No, at least not as far as I can tell. They have fake patio looking areas, but not real ones, or usable ones, they do have a pool, and are fairly inexpensive
Hi Darian, Beach Village is not 55+, but if that is something you are interested in, please take a look at our Central Landings Senior Living or Palm Coast Senior Living apartments in Palm Coast Town Center.
It can range from the 970's to well over a thousand. The cheap one bedrooms are NEVER available. I've been waiting on one for two years
