I just noticed that my driver's license expired 2 years ago. What do I do? I don't want to get arrested. I always get a notice for the plate renewal. I'm now 91 years old and can get a permission to drive from my ophtholmologist.

If it's been expired for 2 years I don't believe you can do it online I think you have to go in person. I may be wrong but just call the number and it'll tell you for sure.

There is a way you can renew your driver's license online. I believe on the website of the DMV it'll show you where to go.
