Hi Cheryl - We do have an outreach service that helps with obtaining vital identification documents like birth certificates. Please come in during outreach hours (11 am - 1 pm or 5 pm - 6:30 pm) and sign up at the reception desk to talk with an outreach staff person. If those times don't work, you can also call (402-477-4116) to make an appointment.
