why does Vets hospital change discharge status to dishonorable do the get bonuses when they do that and our brothers kill them selves why cant they walk with the Lord and help us with our ptsd

The Hospitals and Clinics have nothing to do with that. They treat Veterans, they assign Eligibility codea in accordance with benefits determined by the Veterans Benefits Administration. VA has three branches: Veterans Health Administration, Vererans Benefits Administration, and National Cemeteries.
