Wayne Water Districts stopped charging fees and locking services several weeks prior to the Governor's Executive Order No 124 was issued on March 31st. The Governor's Amended Executive Order No 142 expired on July 29th. Per the order, Wayne Water Districts offered 6 month payment plans for unpaid balances between March 31 and July 29th. Any bills dated after August 1st fall under our normal fee and cutoff schedule. We resumed locking services for nonpayment on September 1st.
