Somewhat higher, especially for meat and seafood, but it's the only game in town so you're paying for the convenience. Quality is generally very good and it's easier than hauling a bunch of stuff over.
A little higher, but you are paying for the convenience. It's a pain to bring groceries over on the ferry. We always end up at the grocery store a few times even when we are down for just a couple days. Do yourself a favor and just get your groceries on the island.
Very high, but no competition. They do have good things, though. If you can afford to stay on the island, the grocery prices won't bother you.
Yes, they are higher but I feel they reflect the cost of getting them over, paying quality staff in the off season and dealing with the weather. Seafood is excellent. It’s a really nice grocery store and I’ve never not found what I needed.
They are higher. However, you have to remember they have to pay the additional cost of bringing them to the island, which you end up paying for. You will find some similar pricing...not a lot and they do have sales. Over all quality is high. We usually try to get dairy and some meats before we come over. Of course we end up in Southport several times as we are there for long periods so we will grab things as we go. We like and support the Market. The owner is great and very active on the island as well.

Significantly higher. Selection is limited too. Bring your own wine or pay 2x
