At this point THCC can serve any person with a valid identification, showing they are over the age of 21. Out of state and Tribal IDs are accepted so long as they have a picture, name, date of birth, and expiration. 215 patients, especially those under the age of 21 must always have their IDs with them.

You must be 21 or older with valid ID. You can also grow, I believe, 6 plants indoors, and have x amount of processed flower legally.
