Hi Jacqui - at Itani Ramen we do not take reservations expect for large parties that coordinate with our general manager and instead accept all walk ins. Although we are busy on Fox show nights we usually have a limited wait because we have additional seating in our Genki Room, our private dining room at the back of the restaurant. If there is a wait, we have a full bar for you to grab drinks while you wait for your table. Let me know if you have any additional questions! - Erin
