Is there still walk ins for passport

I have my pappers done online i just printed them out . all they need to do so scan the barcode and fore to pay and my pictures are already taken

Yes walk ins are still available but since they open at 8 am u better be there by 7 or 6:30 cus they only give 25 tickets per day for the passports

Is that true they charge extra money $35…+ $130.
