This post office needs to hire more people for passport service. I guess you have to make appointments months and months ahead, if you choose walk-in go in as soon as they open to place your name and wait to be served in between appointments or when there is no appointments at the end of day. They take cash, debit or check. And walk ins appointments to be on list ends at 11am. They charge routine new passport book for adult $160.

Yes, but you have to schedule an appt. First to get one and before you do that, you gotta fill out an application to apply for one. You can get it any post office.
Process gets your passport in the mail usually 3-4 weeks tops sometimes sooner.
No walk in only but its by number first come first serve they open at 1030 but people line up early be there by 10 so you for sure get a number there is only 1 agent today and that's me. Bring a pic cause at this moment we are unable to do them..

in my personal experience I arrived at 7 am because only 30 numbers are available so people arrive early so you arrive line you take your number they will give you and wait for them to open the office there they will give you a new number that number is the valid number at the time of call you in the office that by the way open at 10am (I hope you serve my answer)
If it's not restricted delivery and if they bring a ID with them but the address must match the package or have it re delivered. You can set it up on the USPS web site..
