Bought Resume Maker software but will not load on my pc (too old) is it returnable? Have had it less than a week, paid cash and have receipt.

Opened Software is almost never returnable. Once you've upgraded your hardware to the minimum requirements you can get someone like the Geek squad to help you install it.

You can call Geek Squad & they may be able to help you through installing the software & tell them you bought it there & they may not charge you for the service

Ask to see the Manger. See if the return policy can be altered to help you !
