Its depends on your vetinary office. CPP contacts immedietly but they dont always respond that quickly.
More than 24 hours would be unusual. I never have to wait and I never run out of meds.

I have pet profiles set up and have not waited even 24 hours for the contact. If you are waiting longer make sure you call. I have a friend who had issues in the past but I think they have improved since then.
