Depends on what she's seeking. This Vet center is mainly counseling, if she's seeking other types of benefits they'll give her info on where else she'll have to go. I would try going down to the county veteran service office first.
This particular center is not associated with the VA at all but, as mentioned above, they will give her the contact number and address if what she is looking for isn't available from them.
