They have them but I believe your chances are better early in the day and during the week. Evening and weekends you have to take your chances
Yes, they do have battery operated scooters approximately 10 but you must go earlier than 1100hrs to possibly get one. FYI
It depends how many are ahead of you, sometimes i see none & most i see upto 3 or 4 ready togo,
