Hhmm. Im not sure what keto entails. Although, Im sure if you gave them a call to advise tgem what keto requires, theyd be happy to help. Best I can say from experience: no wheat at all and they used to be all non-dairy but now they serve some dairy cheeses alongside their nut cheeses. They have some vegan options for their sweets too. Good luck!! I know from experience how difficult it can be to have dietary restrictions. & eat out. This place is great for a multitude of options when one has wheat or dairy allergies/sensitivities.
The pushkins restaurant (not bakery) has some salad and egg dishes that could conceivably be made keto, but I don't think there are any keto options at the bakery.
Not sure what keto consists of but they do have meat & cheese options as well as veggie and are happy to leave ingredients off. Nice ppl, great sandwiches. I love the Noble Tofu but no sprouts, onions, pickles.
