The tower is opened and closed at sunrise and sundown during the summer by a group of volunteers. Coverage isn't perfect but it generally serves well.
It's hit or miss really. I'm there all the time usually in the afternoon and evenings and it's usually closed, last year it was open most of the time. 🤷
It's normally close,only on special occasions do they open it to the Public.
