Still going here as often as possible! The food is as wonderful as ever. I've switched to getting the breakfast sammy, even for lunch, my new favorite! Can't go wrong here! This has been our go to lunch spot through the pandemic! They have their take out dialed in! The food is consistently amazing and it's so nice to know you can order anything off the menu because it's all vegan! The Crunch Wrap Supreme is our usual, but we've taken to getting the Broccoli Bites with Korean BBQ AND Peanut Sauce! So thankful to have such a fantastic vegan restaurant in Vermont! We live more than an hour away, but try to get here at least once a month. It's about the only restaurant we visited during the last year! Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you Pingala crew for the awesome food!

All vegan!!! Everything was so delicious! We were craving vegan croissants, and they had those and SO much more. It takes the guess work out of whether things on the menu are actually vegan and you can go wild satisfying all your cravings ♡ plus the staff was so nice and friendly and super cute indoor and outdoor tables.

Lovely location near the Winooski River. The old brick mill buildings in the area are gorgeous. There are several outdoor picnic tables and a nice deck so eating outside in the summer is wonderful. The food was excellent quality and there are many options. We had the Avocado Burger, the Crunch Wrap, and the McNuggies and enjoyed our entrees the most. Water is available for free and the wait time for food was about 10 minutes. It's a great experience and even my non-vegan friends and family really enjoyed the food!

Trevor Sullivan. Great looking dishes! I've never been a fan of avocado, but seeing Guy Fieri's reaction to the "Not Avocado Mash", makes me want to try that instead. I've already tagged your location in my phone so I know exactly where to eat if I can ever get to Vermont.
