I lost my regular identification card and need a duplicate if I have my old ID n social security card n a peice of mail with address would that be enough info to bring ?? I currently don't have my birth certificate

As long as your lost id was current they will be able to look you up with your name, address and dob. You will not need to bring anything with you.

Call them. They have changed the things you need but I think that should be enough.
