Yes you can renew your non-driver ID at AAA West Hartford, however, it must be a State of CT issued ID. AAA charges a separate $8 fee if your not a AAA member. Also the state is switching over to ID Verified ID's so double check what paperwork you need to bring. It says appointment highly recommend but when I renewed my driver's license I was the only customer in the store. Hope this info helps!
