Gluten free is certainly all around better for everone however if the cookie and ice cream taste as good as Diddy Riese i would say its ok to treat yourself to a good cookie combined if you like with ice cream on a beautiful summer evening
I think because the selection has stayed the same since long before gluten free was a common thing
If you just want ice cream only then there's your gluten-free. But they haven't had any gluten free cookies
Probably a cost issue.
