Yes it is. There r always people of various ages walking the trails, playing with their kids, and watching their dogs play in the fenced in areas. Even tho I leave my purse n my car while enjoying the park I have never had my car broken into & never been robbed. I actually feel safe taking my furbaby here anytime of any day even if I am alone.
