Meant 2020
No, not a basketball court, but a tennis court.
yes
Yes. There are still drills at the park!
That depends on which pool you use. There are three pools. One is a kiddie pool with no lifeguards and parents are expected to be there to watch their children. One is a regulation pool that goes from about three feet to deep enough in the deep end to do dives off the tower when it's open. The last is what they call a zero depth pool which runs from just a tiny bit of water on one side to 18 inches at the deep side. It had a bunch of buckets, sprayers, etc that will dump water on you. My children refer to it as the toys pool.
The park is free but the pool has a cost of a few bucks to enter. I've been there a handful of times and I don't believe it to be nasty but it does need a much needed make-over. If your looking for a great place to get wet, try the new waterworks. 999 Waterworks Rd. in Winston Salem, NC
