Yes there is a. Fee and as park ranger for Mecklenburg county I will tell you its worth going and to see the great work they do for the many birds there.

Does anyone on staff do Raptor Identification from photos. I had a small Raptor fall out of the sky in my backyard taking down a Starling with it. I took several pretty clear photos and the "Bird Experts" are really not a lot of help. Merlin?!?!

I found an injured owl and have been caring for him until I can get in touch with the proper authorities. Can you come pick him up or do I need to bring him to you? When I found him he had an injured wing and very limited Mobility.
