Rafin Khan, Regarding the love dove you could take it to the Bird Fund NYC 565 Columbus Ave, New York, NY 10024 THEY HAVE A WEBSITE. CHECK IT OUT. Please do not release the bird it wont survive that bird is domesticated already.
