So i would never drop off my pet at this shelter but what about adopting a cat or dog out of the shelter, is this place recommended for adoption?

The best thing you can do is save them and adopt them from that hell hole I literally just adopted a pitt yesterday from there I’m so anxious to pick him up this week I want him outta there !
