I have a box freezer with spoiled meat inside that I need to dispose of. If I get the freezer to the landfill, is there someone that can remove the freezer from the truck for me?

Covidvrules prevent them from helping but you may get another citizen that's there. The meat must be removed before disposing of the freezer

During COVID, they are instructed to not to assist folks. Also, the meat will have to be removed from the fridge prior to disposal.

There should be someone there who will be able to assist you.
