If they're artificial you'll have to take them to the landfill.
If you are asking about the location on Enterprise rd., next to the Taco Bell, they DO take regular trash. I go here every Saturday to dropped off trash as well as any recycling.
If you look closely at the hours of operation on National Holidays it will say that the holiday may affect the hours. They aren't live statistics that turn on and off when the gate is open. And seriously they do have a phone number to call too!!! Someone's there if it's open!
