Absolutely worst experience of my life. Purchased our home in 2020 and have had nothing but issues since. Our wiring was done wrong which required several electricians, a giant mess that will cost thousands of dollars to clean was left by grading and set up teams; and the “manager” John Reekes lied several times or would completely ignore attempts to contact him. Save your money, time, and happiness and go elsewhere.

there are a few lenders they can help you with. Only thing with bad credit or no credit you will need a down payment based on what you are getting. After about 1 to 2 years I took care of things on my report that were keeping me from getting a home of any type. If you go to Credit Karma this will help you get on the right track. Some things fall off after so many years. Some things you can challenge and it will come off. It will show you what credit cards you qualify for. You may have to do an annual fee, but it is not upfront. It is on your bill. This will help you build your credit. I went from low to mid 500 to high 600 to 700. It takes work and dedication and cutting back on things, but if you want it bad enough you can get there. If you do go to clayton ask for Donnie. Let him know I sent you
