I would venture to say that being a small Family owned and operated restaurant it is a challenge to balance work life with family time. All of us loyal patrons understand they cant be open all the time to satisfy everyone even though they try real hard. Still the best in my biased opinion!

I'm sure so they can spend time with their family and maybe attend church that evening
